She's got a FO!

Mulla on lopultakin jotain valmista, ja kerrankin ei tarvitse sen kummemmin pohtia tykkäänkö vai en: tykkään! Kannatti jaksaa neuloa toinenkin sukka.

I've finally got a FO, and for once there's no need to wonder whether I like it or not: I do! It was definitely worth it to knit the sock number two as well.



Pikkupalmikoita oli ehkä hitusen puuduttavaa tehdä, mutta tuloksena oli varsin kivaa pintaa.

Knitting those tiny cables got a bit boring in the end, but the resulting structure looks pretty nice.



Malli / pattern: Uptown Boot Socks by Jennifer Appleby, Favorite Socks
Lanka / yarn: Novita Nalle, kasvivärjätty / plant-dyed Novita Nalle, ~90 grams
Puikot / needles: Knit Picks Harmony, 3 mm
Muuta / other stuff: Modasin ohjetta paksummalle langalle, varressa on vain 54 silmukkaa ja kantalapussa 24. I modified the pattern for thicker yarn, the socks are done with 54 stitches and with 24 heel stitches.



Seuraavaksi voisin iskeä vaikkapa lehtimetsähuivin kimppuun, vaikka vihreät lehdet ovatkin nyt siis soo last season: tänne on hiipinyt jostain punakeltaoranssi ruska. :)

I could start working on the Lehtimetsä scarf next. The green leaves it features are just soo last season now though: the leaves here have turned into beautiful reds, oranges and yellows again :)
